You earn 1 Simba Point for every $1 USD spent on bookings made through TravelSimba. Points are added to your balance automatically once your payment is confirmed.
How do I redeem my points?
Browse the redemption catalog and click Redeem on any item. For products, you'll provide a delivery address (Tanzania and Kenya only); for adventures and coupons, our team reaches out directly to arrange it.
How long does fulfillment take?
Redemption isn't instant fulfillment — once you redeem an item, our team reaches out via email or WhatsApp to arrange delivery, book the adventure, or issue your coupon code.
Can I track my redemption request?
Yes. Every redemption request moves through Pending → In Progress → Fulfilled, and you can check its status from your profile.
Do Simba Points expire?
No, Simba Points don't expire. Every transaction — earned, redeemed, or adjusted — is logged individually, so your balance is always traceable and auditable.
Is delivery available outside Tanzania and Kenya?
Not currently — product delivery is only available within Tanzania and Kenya. Adventures and coupons don't require delivery, so they're available regardless of location.
